Bill Falsey received his bachelor of science degree from Stanford University (2002, with distinction) where he was named a president's scholar and elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He earned his juris doctorate at the Yale Law School (2005) where he served as a Coker fellow in teaching instruction and as an editor of the Yale Journal on Regulation. During the years he attended Yale, Mr. Falsey held positions at Williams & Connolly LLP and in the Environmental Section of the office of Alaska's Attorney General.

Mr. Falsey is admitted to practice in Alaska and previously served as a law clerk to Chief Justice Alexander O. Bryner of the Alaska Supreme Court (2005-06). He is a former President of the Anchorage Bar Association's Young Lawyers Section (2007) and presently serves on the Municipality of Anchorage's Board of Ethics.
