Jeff Feldman maintains an active trial and appellate practice, focusing on complex civil and criminal matters. Mr. Feldman is admitted to practice in Alaska and Rhode Island, and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska, the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Prior to entering private practice, he served as law clerk to Justice Edmond W. Burke of the Alaska Supreme Court (1975-1976).
In 1998, Mr. Feldman was awarded the Alaska Bar Association Professionalism Award and he twice received the United States District Court for the District of Alaska Public Service Award, in 1987 and 1995. In 1993, he received the ACLU Public Service Award and, with Susan Orlansky, earned recognition by the ACLU for the firm again in 2005.

He also has served as an instructor for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, and is a frequent CLE lecturer. He obtained a B.A. degree with honors (1972) and a J.D. degree (1975) from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
